SMS Messaging Terms

What we send

Yerry Barbershop sends SMS messages to customers who book appointments online at yerrybarbershop.com. We send only two kinds of messages:

  • Appointment confirmations — sent once a barber is assigned to your booking.
  • Cancellation notices — sent if your appointment is cancelled.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in

When you book an appointment at yerrybarbershop.com/book, you check a consent box agreeing to receive SMS messages about your appointment. You provide your phone number at that time. Without checking the box, we do not send SMS.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any of our messages at any time. You will be immediately unsubscribed. You can also call (267) 528-6882 or email us to be removed.

Reply HELP to any of our messages and we'll send our contact info. You can also call (267) 528-6882 or visit yerrybarbershop.com.

Message frequency

Low. Most customers receive 1–2 messages per appointment (one confirmation, possibly one cancellation if applicable). Typical volume is fewer than 5 messages per customer per year.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Yerry Barbershop does not charge any fees to send or receive SMS.

Privacy

We collect your phone number only to send the messages described above. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is stored securely in our booking database.
